The Central Highlands Regional Library Corporation (CHRLC) provides library services to the City of Ballarat, the Shires of Hepburn, Moorabool, Pyrenees, Southern Grampians, Central Goldfields and the Rural City of Ararat – an area stretching over 20,000 square kilometres.

The CHRLC is seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative professional to lead the organisation into the future.

Tertiary qualified, applicants will have experience in corporate performance management at a senior level, sound financial acumen, high level interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and a track record of achievement in policy and strategic planning and implementation. Experience in a similar environment would be favourably considered.

An attractive remuneration package is offered on a performance based contract.
