Annual Review
In accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1989
the Central Highlands Regional Library Corporation Annual Review for the 2008-2009 financial year
has been prepared and is available for public inspection. Hard copies
may be viewed at all branch libraries.

Library Plan
The Library Plan sets out the strategies for the next four years and takes into account what the Corporation needs to undertake in these four years to achieve our long term vision. The Library Plan is reviewed every year to ensure it reflects changing needs. The Library Plan also includes the Corporation’s vision, mission, core values, goals and major strategies.
The 2009-2013 Library Plan was adopted by the Board at its June 22; 2009 meeting and can be accessed via the following link:

Budget Plan
The Corporation is required to prepare and adopt an Annual budget under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1989 ("the Act"). The budget is required to include certain information about the charges that the Corporation intends to levy as well as a range of other financial information.
The 2009-2010 Budget Plan was adopted by the Board at its June 22: 2009 meeting and can be accessed via the following link:

Audit Committee
A key objective of Central Highlands Regional Library Corporation (CHRLC) is to ensure effective corporate governance, through the review and improvement of the internal policies, procedures and controls and through the adoption of best practice. The primary objective of the Audit Committee is to assist the Corporation in the effective conduct of its responsibilities for financial reporting, management of risk, and maintaining a reliable system of internal controls.
