Other Services
Reservations
Items held by this library service can be reserved for no charge. Reservations can be made via our online catalogue - all you need is your library card number and a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Your PIN can be obtained by phoning any branch of the Central Highlands Regional Library Corporation. Reservations can also be made in person or over the phone.

Inter-Library Loans
If Central Highlands Regional Library Corporation does not hold the item you are requesting, please submit a request for purchase or Inter Library Loan. We will endeavour to purchase the item or failing that, obtain it from another library service. There is a small fee for this service, plus any other charges incurred.

Home Library Services
These services are provided by the library, in conjunction with volunteers, for residents who have difficulty in visiting the Library's branches due to age, illness or disability. Services include:
- Home library service - providing books and other materials for the housebound, residing in their own homes, retirement villages and/or accommodation facilities.
- Special institutional home library service - providing books and other materials selected by library staff on an institutional loan basis (see bulk loans to institutions).

Bulk Loans to Institutions
Schools, kindergartens, nursing homes etc may become institutional members of the library. Up to 60 items may be borrowed at a time for an eight week loan period on an institutional membership.
